The Hive

Our Apiaries

We keep hives in Sweetwater, Alabama and Hull, Texas. Small operations, sited where the bees will find clover, wildflower, and tree bloom — not commodity crop.

How We Manage

We do not chase yield. We split colonies before they swarm. We leave honey for the bees through winter. We treat only when the count requires it.

The Honey

Hive to jar. Nothing added. Nothing removed. Each batch tastes like the season it came from — clover one year, sourwood the next.
